I would like to hear from you about your experience in founding a crypto startup.

We did here in Munich, Germany. We are about to launch a new Crypto Game. And it was CRAZY to get a BANK ACCOUNT!!!

If it were for me... f*ck the banks! But we needed for legal issues... it is 100% necessary to have a bank account to establish a Gmbh or UG in Germany. You need to allocate the founding fonds... and then present this to the notary.

The reality is that banks are entirely banning everything that has something to do with blockchain. Not cool m8.

But luckily we found a cool new bank! Startup bank called PENTA. (they have an online app in German and English)

https://getpenta.com/

So if there is any german project here around... or European in general... this is a good solution!!
We tried so many banks... and they all refused us... but these guys accepted our crypto startup!!

There is another bank too called Fidor bank. More steps and only in german language.

I wanna hear about your startup...

Did you have any problems to get officially founded?!

i am developing a cryptostartup in germany,

there is no point working with the banking cartel or the "judicial system" and arguing around with them, without billions for bribes and fees you can't get anywhere.

i doubt they can survive the collapse of the bankingcartels outside of germany, the problem here lies in the neofeudal character how "germany"

systematically defines the population in "holders of passive income sources" and people that are supposed to be desperate and sell their time for money"proletarian".

i am not wasting energy against that banking cartel i just let the changes in the global environment blow them away

yes i had problems to get "officially founded"

costs and burocratic waste of time.

as i said i continue to develop and expect they will disappear like communist burocracy of soviet union

I agree with every word you said.

We had a very hard time with this useless banks.

but our co founder partner who is located in Argentina he had the worst problems...
He had to send us 50 euros... (as part of the founding money, protocol of founding and getting shares)... and the Argetinian banks charged him 150 euros to send those 50... and 1 week of paper work.

Well.... I really hope all this banks banish from existence. They are making entire countries slaves of their economical power.

well there are reasons for that,

the holocaust that germans did on jews was mainly because of stochastical abusal of the financial system.

nevertheless the germans now over the last 70 years have developed a neofeudal financial system, and it has to be removed.

its all about corruption, the rich buying licenses and abusing the rest of the population that is forced to sell their time.

the banksters have an interest in keeping that abusive system up as its bribing everything judicacy etc.

we are in a zero sum game with them. no point being gay and trying to cooperate with them, they want to demonise and outlaw everyone they can.

It is very curious. I came from Argentina. That country as you know... is fucked up.
But it is very funny the fact that we have very abundant natural resources.... but somehow the country is always oppress by the economics and politicians that are clearly answering bigger powers.

The neofeudal financial system as you said is abusing entire countries not to say continents.

That has to change....

It is amazing how Buenos Aires is becoming one of the most important centers of blockchain development. We are tired of being slaves of the economy.

Crazy, well Germany is very expensive in taxes. If this gets out of control with our company we will move it away from here. Until now we only got complications and more complications

i recommend you to do that, there is no point obeying laws in germany, regarding enterpreneuership germany is basically like neofeudal society, those that have already big companies live link kings and nobility, those that dont are forced to sell their time as starting a company is almost impossible

Choose a crypto friendly countries to register a Tech Company, and you can easily open an account there.
If you need a bank account in EU - there are many alternatives like Revolut, Mistertango and so on.

Most of the EU countries are not crypto friendly. Though many of them are open for Tech Startups and creating a free economic zones, but when it comes to bank or legal side, its doomed!

We're going through a lot of hoop-jumping at the moment.

There are some non-bank banking services you may be able to use - Tide, Fire, Starling,    -  you can run these from a UK company -

soon, they will wake up, to the facts that if they are supportive to new companies, so, we are the future big businesses potentially ....

Legal Advice is another area that is a nightmare ....

there is no point founding formally a startup in many bigger european countries, especially germany, italy, france

you are in a zero sum game with the local communist working population and their neofeudal equity owning masters,

they want you as their money earning cattle to power and feed their property and equity.

they dont want you to also become capitalist, and obtain own income sources, they want you arguging around with the banking cartel and get burned.

regards
