We sign an NCNDA before doing anything. The gross discount is 6%, and 3% is split between the buy and sell side. We use escrow.

PROCEDURE:

1) NCNDA is signed
2) Buyer sends POF and LOI
3) Seller sends POC (Satoshi)
4) The buyer's and seller's mandates / representatives agree on the details (amount and number of tranches, which escrow to use, etc.)
5) Buyer's side legal team creates the contracts and agreements that follow the agreed upon details
6) The transaction is done through a major escrow both parties agree to use

AML and KYC are ok but not mandatory.
