Why withdrawal of BTC in Exrates exchange takes longer?

Any one have been using Exrates exchange in the recent days? I am exchanging some of my BTX into Bitcoin in the Exrates since Cryptophia and BitZ exchange have suspened the BTX deposits,I am successfully exchanged my BTX into BTC but much lower prices than in the CMC record but when I am processed withdrawal BTC it is still in pending for 3 hours,normally it will be processed in minutes in other exchanges?

Exrates exchange is working and I got my BTC but their prices is very less when compared to cryptophia and BitZ but both those exchange have wallets under maintenance so it may take much longer for to deposit you BTX.

The other option for you is HitBTC but their fee is insane and if your intention is to convert your Bounty rewards only then I don't suggest you to go with exchange and also they on't implemented the segwit yet so you need to convert the address before sending to their address.So the option for you is Exrates or just wait for the Cryptophia.

This means that you don't suggest exrates? You just came there to exchange your btx for bitcoin but I checked the few buy orders and its only few that follows who are bidding same as for CMC price. And for the other sell orders they just set the price for the desire price but as long as there is no taker it wouldn't be sold.

As you said I don't suggest anyone to use this exchange because they have reported high volume of BTX but the price is not what mentioned in the CMC markets they buyers set very low price and the sellers set very high price so the trade is not going to happen unless you agrees to sell for that low prices.So move to an another exchange for converting my BTX next time,I hope Crptophia or BitZ will resume their services soon.

I have checked the Exrates exchange but you're right the rates are too low compared to other exchange site or in Cryptopia. So I think it is better to wait for maintenance on Cryptopia because Cryptopia gives me less fee than Exrates exchange.

That's the reason on their side why they do it by batch but as we can presume they do made it due to possible reasons. Time shifts, manual processing.

No one would ever know since Cryptopia isn't fan of making announcements when they do fix or maintenance is already done.

So I think it is better to wait for maintenance on Cryptopia because Cryptopia gives me less fee than Exrates exchange.

Cryptopia might charge lower fees, but over a longer period of time they will give you more problems and headache. Browse through the internet to see how many complaints and scam accusations against them are open.

That being said, by dealing with utter shitcoins you will always subject yourself to shitcoin exchanges and their problems, so it has to be calculated in. Everything has a price, and that applies to these coins as well.

Most obvious benefit aside from cutting on fee costs is the fact that by manually processing withdrawals, you don't have to use hot wallets, which means that in case of a hack there won't be any coins stolen.

When I logged into my Cryptophia account then I found that we can no deposit or withdraw our BTX so it means their maintenance already ended so users can use exchange their BTX of they want.

Exrates have more fees than the Cryptohia but their processing of withdrawal is very annoying for most of the people,so users have no benefits from that exchange over cryptophia when exchanging BTX.

I will never call Exrates a bad exchange, like users say in other posts: on Exrates you can scroll through such coins that are difficult to find on other exchanges, not SCAM coins, if you are an experienced trader you can go to Exrates and earn money without risk

Used this exchange for a while. For that period of time I made 6 withdrawals and 5 of them were processed almost immideately. I think it depends on what sum do you withdraw. Try to withdraw big sums in a day time. Their support recommended me to do so.

There were no problems with the withdrawal of funds, only once was the delay. I asked online support, they asked to wait a bit. Within an hour the withdrawal was successfully completed. Next time, just ask support to speed up your requests. Good exchange for trading.
