I've built a tool for people to check out the reputation of an account before you trade with him/her.
I have been scammed 5 eth on twitter and I think people should trade with transparency and safety.
With the tool, you can check for the reputation of ethereum address before you send transactions:
https://coinezpay.com/home/<eth address here>
for example,
with the fake account under Elon Musk's tweet:
https://twitter.com/xelonmnsk/status/1043458919602053120we can check it out on the tool before we send some eth over:
https://coinezpay.com/home/0xfc5E4a6cF18646Ad3645e17c17D3892013236e40it says dangerous, therefore I will not send eth over.
The rule of updating rating to the account:
1. You have to have transaction record with the account before.
2. You have to verify your phone number.
