It does seem like op is shilling the exchange seems he seems to know everything as you said. This is a creative way of diverting attention towards exchanges, but it won't retain users unless the exchange has proven itself in all areas(security, volume, etc) over time.
I agree with your thought but every individual is coming from zero level and became the hero in any particular industry. In order to prove the capability of any service provider you must have to atleast trust in him. If you donot trust him then why did he prove himself in all the areas as you mentioned.
