Sinatrra12 & Co. is trying to make us regret starting our own team

Hello there!

There's a couple of people under the direction of bounty manager Sinatrra12 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1034472) who are blocking our business by leaving a fake exposures at our Service topic.

Let me explain briefly:
1) I were working for Sinatrra12 in a past from Aprli 30, till like previous week: I was his assistant and was in charge for Twitter, FB, Signature Management + bounty chat management. My partner was in charge for Blog and Media campaign.
Our first contact proof (he said: Hi! Texting you about this: *link to my portoflio*, I replied: Hi! - and then he agreed to hire me; if you need the exact message - just tell me, I have full history from our first contact and can send anything needed to an appropriate person(s)):


2) We tired of working for Sinatrra12 (for our own reasons) and created our own bounty management service - without leaving our duties, so Sinatrra12 didn't took any risks or any costs or drawbacks.

3) When he noticed our bounty management topic (RU: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5025599.40; EN: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5023923.20) - he fired me, but that's not a subject of this topic of course. We talked for a while with him and Sinatrra12 almost even aplogized for his behaviour, he paid me for a work and we broke up our relations.

4) Now his person (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1308350) (he confirmed to me via telegram, that this person is in contact with him, I can send you proofs) left a fake exposure in our bounty thread, which was completely destroyed by our answer (page 2 of RU thread, I can translate it to you, but this brief topic should be enough).

He claims, that we STOLE a portofilo from Sinatrra12, when it is COMPLETELY TRANSPARENTLY stated in our portfoilo, that we was working for them and we was in charge for certain programs. Also, in each bounty telegram chat it was stated in a pinned message that I am his assistant. Our portofilo can be found here:

When you work for Microsoft (for example) - can you say in your portofilo, that you worked for them? Yes, you can, till your employing criterias didn't stated otherwise, right? We NEVER had such criterias.

5) I PMed Sinatrra12 asking him "hey man, what's wrong? I thought it's all clear and everything is okay" - and he said that we must delete our portofilo and we can't add projects which we were partially managing in our portfoilo (I will say it once again: it is completely clear from our portfolio what exactly we were doing in each bounty, there's also links to bounty managers with who we were working with, they were here from the creation of portofilo; it was stated there from the moment we created our portfolio, so no one can say that we added this info afterwards as a measure to avoid a punishment or to be righteous in this situation).

6) Now he is threatening us, that he will break all our business, that we never going to receive any projects, and he claims that he will paint this account with red color, telling us to "wait for a something". I have proofs from telegram and can transfer to you these messages - this is not a problem.

My opinion that he is threatening us because THE FIRST RULE OF SINATRRA12 MANAGEMENT CLUB IS: NO ONE CAN LEAVE SINATRRA12 MANAGEMENT TEAM BY HIS OWN WILL. NO ONE!

We tired of fighting with this man. He can't leave us alone.

If this mr. Sinatrra12, who has no trading history of any kind (and thus can't be trusted to handle any money-related work), is willing to employ someone to falsely attack the competition then who knows what else he is willing to do.

It isn't going to hurt you anywhere, let's him to do whatever he wants and ignore him.
Basically, you can't really add XXX project to your portfolio since you didn't work for, you worked for someone else who himself is providing services for the said project. It's like if I say I worked for Barclays, while in fact, I was just paid to clean the toilet by a cleaning company providing cleaning service for Barclays.

In my opinion, a bounty manager/team  whether competent, whether have good business depends on the quality of their services rather than the threat of someone.
If you do it yourself well enough, no one will stop you.

We are talking about adding to your portfolio your real experience: It's like when you work for Microsoft as a soft engineer - you mention in your portfolio that you worked for the Microsoft as a soft engineer.

This is exactly what we did: we mentioned only what we were doing with the exact bounty manager, we said nothing more.
If you are cleaning toilets - you should mention only that activity.
We mentioned only our activities in these projects. Only exact things.

Totally agreed with you.
But that guy is leaving fake exposures in our service thread, calling us a "scammers" and already trying to spoil our names and reputation. He got connections in bounty management, because he is a bounty manager - and this is exactly what we trying to do.

You sent me a PM regarding this. I'm not sure how I fit in the scenario or how am I related to any of this. Like the others mentioned above, you can ignore them if you're offering legitimate services to your client. I doubt any DT's are interested in getting involved with petty things.

Agree with this, and I don't see any problem with it.

What if you delete those portfolios in which you worked with sinatra before? You still have other experiences if I get it right. Not really solving the problems but at least there won't be any attacks incoming.

We created this topic as a measure to prevent his next moves. A lot of bad stuff were coming in Telegram chat so we want to be sure that we got at least this thread as an evidence of our position in case of something bad BEFORE he makes something.
I know that he will stick to his business as hard as he can, so we can expect different things from this man.
