Issues with Lesfex

Just wondering if anyone knows how to contact Lesfex. Have some coin with them and since they "improved" their site, my password no longer works and I cannot reset it. All attempts to contact Lesfex have failed. Please help.

They also have this BitcoinTalk account: lesfexchange; but they didn't log in since 25 September.

You can also contact them on their Twitter https://twitter.com/lesfex?lang=en but same observation above they are active Last september.Theres no other updates nor any announcements.

Start gathering evidence as this isn't looking very promising and it's better to be safe than sorry.
I didn't do this on two occasions and on one I'm having problems even recognising with that company/ group I made business with,
