Looking for a web developer to fix a website (including some IPN functionality)

I have a broken website which needs to be brought up to code, it's a small sales site with only a couple of pages.

The things include

- Fixing the ordering process (no add cart feature, just a 'buy now' paypal button, but there are a few nuances like price calculation and some external API calls)

- Fixing the contact form

- Integrating with PayPal IPN and saving that information to a DB.

It's all pretty basic stuff which a sharp developer should be able to handle rather efficiently and easily with php/mysql.  Please respond or PM With your references and portfolio if interested.
