yes, maybe now is the right time to start again and falling prices since the beginning of 2018 can be a separate experience,and I think everyone has their own strategy in the cryptocurrency space,for me it's time to collect some coins and sell when the market recovers.

I believe that if there is down, there is an up. So, bear market would be gone sooner or later. I was very disappointed when my portfolio lost over 50% of its value.
