Yes, this is the correct section. Now, I find it absurd to recommend reading articles instead of first reading the whitepaper or the direct roadmap on the official website. Cardano undoubtedly has one of the most complete and informative sites among all the projects. I strongly recommend everyone who is interested in reading directly from the official sources.
