There are enough common people winning a huge amount of money now and then, and some of them are able to remain quite sane at that and use their winnings wisely.

Not many win by chance or y luck though few of the cases yes it may be , but if you see big billionaires who have growth stories of their companies are not rich by chance but because of the efforts, intelligence and knowledge which has helped them to excel and reach where they are today.

As long as we have perseverance and dedication to work and develop our skills as well used them in a good way and manage to earn,and smart enough to think of businesses then we can be able to be rich. It all depends on how we grow and plans on it.

Honestly, you must fail at some businesses and you need to accept that you will fail on your path to success but if you don't allow that to keep you behind for a long long time as some do it will lead to big success in the future.

My biggest regret is that I started learning about businesses and stuff after I failed some but now everything i do is going better and better and if i put enough dedication it happens fast )

I somehow agree with this. Not all high professionals are earning so much today. Chance and luck sometimes is what makes an individual rich. And I think it would depend lupon on how we  handle and deal with  the opportunities that comes into our lives.

I am not entirely surprised by this at all actually, anecdotally I have always felt people who achieved success where mainly in the right place right time. Whether that be born to a certain family or class, or to a certain country, or area of a country, these things all effect where we will end up. Good to know us average folk can still make it in this rigged world

It seems to me that,  determine in being rich is its accomplishment and a down to earth attitude. We can say that being rich is not about for being intelligence because even though how smart you are if you did not know how to be with other people it does not make sense. Talent can be a stepping stone to be rich if you have many skills then you a have a potential.

But even if you do have a shitty attitude, you can still become rich because of your intelligence. Did you know that most CEOs have a what we consider shitty attitude? They are very logical and doesn't care about your feelings. They want the work to get done and that's their only concern, nothing else. If that means dropping employees all of a sudden, then be it. You can get to the top by being a people person but you can also get to the top by being so good that people obey you despite of their hurt feelings.

Besides, at some point you're going to work with people. There will be people trusting you for your mind and your logic. There will be people working as the people person for them. Someone who will be talking and facing the employees since that's their strong suit. It's why emotional people (or the people person) and logical people gets along so well. The other is lacking what the other is abundant of. They make the best tandem in life and in a company.

I think, be rich usually depends on luck. A relative of mine worked for 30 years on someone else's job but didn't save money. He invested some of his retirement savings in the ethereum last year and be rich. The chance is to be in the right place at the right time.
