Pool Switching Methods

Hello, everybody!!

I have had to recently set up some mining software with fallbacks to different pool addresses and I am wondering what the differences between switching methods are.  I am using BFGminer.

Not sure about switching methods, but this pool does autoswitching according to most profit: megamultipool.com

Thanks for your reply, but I'm more worried about using backup pools from the same network.  I use clevermining, but I get connection interruptions all over the place and I like to have some backups.
