Hi Everyone

About a month ago, I signed up to try Roobet because I saw it very often on social media.

My net loss on the site until April 17 was around 120,000 dollars.

I got lucky at Evo casino on April 19 and won serious money.

I withdrew some of it, then deposited it again and lost it. I lost all the money I had withdrawn. My withdrawal request of $70,000 on May 19th has not been sent for 3 days. Live support initially told me to wait 24 hours, I waited, but it's been 3 days and my payment still hasn't been sent. Then I requested a withdrawal of $1100 again and it did not work either.

Live support has not been responding properly to my messages for 3 days, I have been sending e-mails and getting no response. What am I waiting for?

When I lost $120,000, why didn't you give me a refund and keep me waiting? Do we experience this problem when we win a little, are we guilty of playing this game?

KYC was not requested from my account, but I completed all KYC, including the 3rd stage.

I hope this problem, which I don't know what it is, will be completed as soon as possible and my payment will be sent.

The only Inés who can help you with this is their staff, you need to talk with their support and be patience, they will help you when they have the chance, in the end 70k is some serious money and they need time to verify of the bets was fair and if there wasnt any kind of abuse from your side.

Your screenshot shows that you're referring to roobet for the delayed withdrawal. Is it a typo that you included Evo in your thread? The way you phrase it makes it look like your stick withdrawal is with them.

Hopefully their rep here can reach out to you and get the issue solved quickly.

Try moving this to the scam accusations board so they’ll be obligated to respond to your inquiry. However, I’m not sure they will reply on this inquiry, since I checked their ANN thread OP hasn’t been active for a long time.
I’m not even sure who their representative is here on the forum. Maybe HHampuz can help?

Still, they remain very active here in bitcointalk for example, the Roobet art contest has been running for over five years, if I’m not mistaken. They also have signature campaign.

Or let me report this thread to moderator and request to move it to the scam accusations board, since you're new and might not know how to do it.

I have a feeling they are investigating something. I've seen a lot of complaints of delayed withdrawals over the years, and a lot of them are because of an investigation being done by either the casino or the game provider before they release the funds. Perhaps give it a few more days.

I have known this place for a long time but I do not know how to use it. Please help me with this issue. Who can I talk to as an authorized person on the forum? Who should I forward it to? Thank you for solving the problem.
They have a forum representative but they haven't been online since 2023 and have not posted anything since 2020. I could mention @holydarkness, but I don't know if he has any contact in Roobet.

OP, it's a withdrawal from a big winning. And following a big winning, be it a partial withdrawal or a full withdrawal, come an investigation of the rounds. It's a common practice shared amongst casinos. The duration varies from casino to casino, but if you win fair and square, the withdrawal shall be processed once the investigation done.

Three days, though I can understand is frustatingly long for those who wait, especially if the fund is much needed, is not "that long". I'd suggest you to wait a bit longer, couple of more days perhaps, and see if it went through and received fully in your withdrawal wallet. Otherwise, nudge me, I'll try to reach them.

Last time, they shut their door on me by saying that they can't discuss matters with me. But I think it won't hurt to try to just inform them that there is a case of pending withdrawal. Worst case scenario is they shut their door in my face again, but it's getting thicker now and can stand some serious slam.

Be careful, I have previous bad experience with Roobet Casino, they are scammers, they took my money and locked my account , if you took your money from them, do not return it to them again
They stole over $10,000 from me.

There are a lot of issues with sports betting. Roobet is a reputable casino, and I would ask you to be patient and wait a little more. Meanwhile, I can see that holydarkness is aware of your case; he may need some information from you to contact Roobet and check what is going on. You know what about gamblers nowadays is that they don't have enough patient while gambling and immediately the secure winning they would want the system to automatically credit their account without thorough verification to know about their winning, of course no casino would just credit their account with higher amounts without thoroughly going through their bet records to know if those winning were fair or not.

Probably yes. Usually, the victim checks back on the scam accusation every few hours to see if they can get any help from the community. I believe the amount is good enough to be serious. OP would come to the forum if he had not received any update from the Roobet team. I also want to believe he got some kind of update, and his situation got solved.

Yet, I think you can wait a little more before you mark the case as solved.
