I don't use telegram, but I would be willing to begin using telegram if this project actually has any weight to it. I have a degree in Computer Science and have been programming for years. I've worked in a team-setting before, many times, actually. Would you be willing to provide more information about the project in PM or within this thread by any chance? The main idea of the app is "making orders", but that isn't very descriptive at all. Do you mean, processing, handling, forwarding, indexing, etc.? I don't know if you are trying to create an app that cooks pizza or a Nike shoe-bot.

"app for making orders", you should at least elaborate on that. Why do applicants need to write to you? Put more description so that you can attract a pool of applicants. Or it might be better if you move this to Services board.
