Middle East Financial Problems:

85% of the 700 million people living in the Middle East are unbanked, with no access to credit, credit cards, or formal banking. This hinders economic progress and continues the cycle of poverty. We have taken a four pronged approach to help create the first Crypto Currency to tackle the problems faced by millions of people.

World Coin Network (WCN) will help leapfrog the 85% of the unbanked Middle East into a new digital era of wealth management, crypto currency and stable banking instruments. We will do this by partnering with money changers in the region and have them also sell WCN coins. We have already found over 30 exchanges in Pakistan alone that are willing to partner with us.

Seamless Lending Platform will facilitate trade and foster a culture of Builders and Dreamers. Our Sharia compliant lending platform will loan 50,000 - 100,000 loans a year at 0% interest, and cultivate a community of WCN holders and users. Micro loans from 100 to 1,000 WCN tokens will be handed out. These loans can change people’s lives and increase the quality of life for an entire family. As customers repay the loans we will also provide them and the business with credit rating scores, thus enabling them to participate in global commerce.

Regional partner coins will help spread digital currency across the Middle East and rapidly expand the reach of World Coin tokens.  Our plan is to fork and create partner coins, like Iraq Coin or Afghan Coin to also utilize the World Coin Network and adhere to regional financial laws.

Erm... I can maybe help provide some clarity cos seems like you might be a bit confused.

How much are you able to loan? What collateral do you want?  How much interest are you going to charge? How long is the loan period?

Can you provide answers to most of these questions? ....If not, then your post is in the wrong section.

This section is for lending between individual users. Not for advertising your Lending Platform ICO. There's a difference between on forum lending section and the advertising of a lending platform. The former is a marketplace like concept for the convenience of the users of the forum and the latter is to be honest just a spam advertisement of your service since the aim of this thread is to just gather investments not to provide or request a loan as an individual.

That is indeed the nature and the purpose of lending section here at this forum.
If you want to promote-advertise something do it as all the other members here,without any trick-fishing posts all over the forum except the correct section.

This structure does sound a lot like the other lending platforms that seemed to erupt after the bitconnect scam that had happened earlier last month.
Those people's promoters just got served to appear in court.
So nobody is going to be throwing bitcoin or money into a project that remotely sounds like it anytime soon since the wounds are still fresh from that one.

Lending out is definitely committing haram. Why do you think why he wrote out in his opening post about the number that are not able to have credit cards and take out loans. I would just love to see how they are approved as sharia compliant.
But now adays certain types within their religion just do not care. As they are just thinking they are smarter than the rest of those in their mosques and if they get away with doing it then they will do it regardless.

Just google bitcoin haram.  Lots of clerical opinions that bitcoin itself is haram, let alone money lending.
Anyway lending is haram per se, it's charging interest on loans that is a no-no.
