I noticed luckygames casino has thread in croatian local and one thread in games and rounds
Link in thread which is in games and rounds is luckygames.ga and in croatian local links are luckygames.ga archived and luckygames.pro archived

I checked both links and I have found redirection to luckygames.io/?ref=7 :

Third thread with redirection to referral link is here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2053381.msg20470543#msg20470543 archived

Redirection link is posted in serbian local https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=51450.msg20282477#msg20282477 http://archive.is/R5Uug

Further, they even spammed Verge and Novacoin announcement threads with link to one article, surprisingly, article is pointing to luckygames.ga with redirection.

Yet another topic in games and rounds: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1955314.0 archived with the same link.

No.  Report to Moderator as "ref spam" and it will be deleted.  Smiley

Any redirection to referall link is also considered as a ref link spam.

You can report it to moderator buy giving following info or with the help of following rules.

4. No referral code (ref link) spam.

4. Ref spam is generally quite easy to spot. Normally, it's followed by "r=" or by a unique code at the end of a link. However, if the user has hidden it behind a markup url such as http://<ref link> it would be best to specify  this.

4. "ref spam" should normally be enough or if the user has hidden it behind url tags: "Ref spam, hidden behind a URL tag to appear as a normal link"

In that case I report them and write on  comment, "embedded refferal link on the post". And report has marked good always. It's seems to me posts are already got delete. Means your report are working effectively.

It seems that all posts with ref links has been deleted.
But I think posting referral links is allowed in some cases. Let's take Freebit o.in as example. They have ref link in their official thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=319540.0. they have ref link their announcement thread - http://freebitco.in/?r=4&tag=bitcointalk. But since it was posted by owner of websites and it's needed only to track how many users been attracted via bitcointalk. So, everything is ok with such links.
