Cryptocurrency in my country is in limbo. The government does not know how it is treated and in what jurisdiction it should be considered.

The government in my country only gives a warning that cryptocurrency especially bitcoin is an investment that has a high risk. The government also insists that there are no guarantees for any losses regarding crypto assets owned. Prohibition only applies to the use of cryptocurrency as a means of payment, so that for participation in ico there are no restrictions.

In my country, they began to issue legislation in the field of cryptocurrency, but then halfway down they stopped this business. Therefore, cryptocurrencies also remained in limbo.
I do not know what this is connected with, possibly with the fall in prices in the crypto market.

In my country it is welcome for you to use crypto and it's up to the user how he could handle it. The government and the central bank also signed legal and legitimate crypto currency exchanges.

KYC is not only to prevent some certain countries from joining the ICO, it is also to prevent anti-money laundry, also to proves that the investors got their money legit and it's not some sort of illegal money.

Yep, it is legit to invest money in ICO and I don`t need to do additional actions, like KYC etc.
But I think that such situation won`t be for a long, soon many countries will take an advantage.

KYC are done to prevent members of some countries from participating in ICO because it is illegal over there. Does your country permit you to participate in ICO?

Yes absolutely, crypto is legal here in the Philippines as our country sees too much opportunity it can bring to the market and the economy itself. There is nothing to worry about. Though, KYC is still a problem I guess they locate us in IP address

My country at first had no problem with crypto. But after that suddenly the reserve Bank declare that there is no connection between exchange and banks. So now that's going on. And the main court will hare a judgement soon in Dec maybe. But  what are you saying about ICO we have no problem. Or it's not ban here. And also finance minister bsaid crypto is not a legal tender. But they never said that crypto is a illegal.

Officially, crypto has not been legalized by the government in my country. But for participation in crypto, the government does not provide a ban. The government only prohibits if the people make crypto as their daily transaction. That way, people in my country are still free to participate in the ICO and get their rights from the dedication in crypto, even though the ICO implements the KYC system.

in my country, the world of digital currency is not the subject of much discussion, the government has never banned and even reprimanded its users, but here it is also not permissible to freely use it, so I can say here is very neutral ... !!

It depends on the intended of use, in my country (Indonesia) crypto is considered illegal if used as a transaction tool, but if used as an investment instrument the government does not prohibit it, because they consider crypto to be a commodity. So I think if participating in ICO is allowed, but with condition not used any crypto to buy it

Although in my country it has not been legally legalized in using crypto, my country's government does not prohibit its residents from accessing crypto. Prohibition is given for crypto use in negative terms, and the use of crypto as a daily transaction. So it is still legitimate if the population wants to participate in various types of ICO.
