I have 200 Vodafone Sim Cards for sell, they are in original packages and never opened, you can simply register it on Vodafone website and activate it immediately, I'm not sure if you need German IP address to do that!
You can use the SIM cards for example to verify your Google account or Ebay, PayPal accounts etc.. or register in services like Telegram app, or use it for your self, you may find VIP numbers between these 200 SIM cards and sell it on Ebay etc.. It's not my business for what purpose you would like to use them..
On the package says you'll get 10€ credit if you charge it with 15€ but I'm not sure if the offer is still active or what, so please don't pay attention to it.
I can send it worldwide but I'll not be responsible if you can't release it from the customs. If you live in the EU countries no worry about the customs, you'll receive the package directly at your home door.
For Germany I'll take 10€ for delivery and the EU 15€, the last time I checked the package was heavy I think 15-20Kg or more..
