Currently YACoin-Qt has translations for English and Russian.  Our community includes WAY more cultures than that, so anyone willing to help translate the client and website (especially in Mandarin), please let me know. Pretty much everything except for coin control functions can already be found here:

OK, great.  You should be able to get pretty much everything you need already here:
https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/tree/master/src/qt/locale

I believe the only thing that will need new translations are the coin control functions.
