Accounts are not accepted as collateral to a loan but you can get a good price for it if you auction it and then there is a demand for it. If its as prized as a collectible account then you should be able to get a buyer for it.
Also telling people that it has affiliates is like making a false promise. Show proof that those affiliates are really there and are active. Besides that can also be faked easily if those affiliates are your alts.
