Hi.
One thing that comes into my mind is 2FA.
If you have 2FA enabled in your Electrum, that's a 3rd party service that costs money (I don't know how much though)
If you have 2FA enabled you may consider re-creating your wallet from the seed without the 2FA setting.

However, the money sent on Bitcoin network doesn't come back unless somebody really sends that money to you, which I expect not to happen.

Edit: from what I read here you may have been paying the 2FA fee for the next 20 transactions.

You are using Electrum with 2FA enabled and this is not free. This 100 000 satoshi which are missing are sent to service TrustedCoin for next 20 transactions from your wallet. We see such questions and doubts many time when it comes to Electrum wallet, but users only need to read all instruction in process of creating 2FA wallet.

All transactions are final. You can't get your money back.

As others have pointed out already, this is the fee for the 2FA service (since TrustedCoin is holding one private key and co-signing your transactions).
You can read more about their fees (0.001 BTC per 20 transactions) here: https://api.trustedcoin.com/#/electrum-help.

Also, next time make sure to carefully read everything when setting up a wallet. Such mistakes can be very costly, especially with crypto currencies.
This is the screen where the fee is mentioned (which you obviously didn't read properly):
