I am hoping there is an ICO or maybe an IEO can be better as doing it on a reputable exchange can mean more exposure and more trust for the project. Maybe there should be an ANN for this project and if there is already then maybe OP should also share this here. I can see some potential for this project if what they are claiming here can be true and viable.
If there will be an ICO or IEO im pretty sure they will come up a decision to open an ANN thread here and maybe a bounty to promote their and boost itd popularity since this forum is one of the most biggest forums about cryptocurrency
