If I am to work for this kind of arrangement, I'd rather want to have an escrow for encase you don't reach the softcap, you won't be paid. I'm sure a marketing staff can workout to market a project but if the project isn't really that good, the cponcept isn't marketable, I think even the best marketing and SEO guys on the internet may not succeed to get 50% fee.

Exactly what I meant. If there is no information shared about it then our best hunch is that this could be a scam. You will be able to see how much marketing people will try to come up with their marketing strategy jsut by learning what kind of project there is. If its not marketable for them, they'd  know they won't  achieve even the 50%.

You do actually have the point dude and I'm completely agree on that one.

I love to see jobs that do give out salary based on BTC/ETH but as you said there should really be some glimpse or a short description on what kind of project this would be.Its too hard
to work when you do see that theres no potential interest and also it cant really be avoided to say that people would always like to work for the sake of money.
