HighBank and Gofind XR. Same sites. Scammers?

Conducted research new projects and came across 2 that were suspicious.

2. Gofind XR - https://icobench.com/ico/gofind-xr

The two sites have the same graphics. There is a common counsel. This aroused suspicion. Also, the project documents are not very well executed. Someone more experienced can give the analysis?
