the 2nd gpu is detected in device manager but not in msi afterburner or anything else, i tried gpu-z and its detected there too.

in device manger it says error 43 windows has stopped this device.

i tried restarted pc didnt work to fix the problem
i also tried going to nvidia website and manually downloading and installing the 1070ti updated drivers which succeeded but at the end of installation it says the same or newer verson is already installed.

any help appreciated.

16gb ddr4 ram

run the pc with just the 1070.
then report.

(in the slot where the 1050 is)

fuck me so stupid, when i opened the case the psu 6pin connected to the 1070 was loose! i was sure i pressed it in with a click before i closed the case, but i had to push it in pretty hard and that probably made the connector come out,
thank you for making me re-open the case, after pushing it back in the card is detected and working fine, thanks again Smiley Cheesy Grin Cheesy
