One world language through blockchain smart contracts

I'm curious about finding a way that everyone could collectively contribute to a new language.
It could range from a new social network format to some kind of blockchain concept.

It may be have to be gamified. That would have to be very abstract. Would probably require a bit of input from linguists.

In a way, we're already creating a unified language. Slowly through the internet. memes and short texts are blurring the boundaries between people.
Maybe the key is making that easier to do in in the next social platform. or maybe some type of universal language api. that's where blockchain would come into play.
