I think this is good news, to ease the tension between America and North Korea. I hope that this summit can make the relationship between America and North Korea better, and hopefully the conflict in the Korean peninsula will soon be over and North Korea will stop its nuclear program
I think it is pretty much a given that the US-NK relations have improved, as have the relations with NK of most of the countries that have lived in fear of attack from NK (eg, Japan and SK).

The important question is if the good relations continue.

It's a welcome development because during the time Obama was the president of America there was a heavy tension as a result of North Korea president carrying out series of missiles test of which North Korea president said he will turned Washington DC into ocean of fire if there is war. Every move to ensure denuclearisation prove abortive until Donald Trump take over mantle of leadership from Obama.

Exactly. I expect a continued relaxation of tensions over what could well be a decade or longer, such as the US/Soviet ending of the Cold War.

Read the other day the troops were out removing the minefields at the border. That's really huge. Just think about how the people of both South and North Korea must feel.

If Little Rocket Man stays buddies with Dennis Rodman and Donald Trump, we'll be okay on that issue.

Here's three decades of NK negotiations that got no where.
