Besides the fact that you should post this request in Project & Development you are asking for something huge companies like bet365 are investing millions in.
You will need a team of specialists to build such a plattform!

You mispelled Sportbet.com,

Still I would assure you that you do not need a full on dedicated team like the above user said. Getting a website like that designed and completed is pretty simple when it comes to Sportbet.com you really would have to go into more detail on what is this the automated API in which you are looking for you are wanting to scrap betting information from one of the two sites and have it automatically appear on yours correct?

you should definitely provide more information, a site like that is a very costly project (if made for large scale use)!
