is there any group/community where hunters can promote there articles so they can get more subscribers,traffic on there posts, and submit for bounties..
especially for newbies with low subscribers, here we all can follow ourselves, upvote,like and clap for eachothers post

I think this is against the rules of any bounty campaign.  Manipulating the likes, claps, and upvotes is not an honest way to gain more stakes in your work.  The purpose of bounty campaign is to market the product and what the project wants to achieve is to gain the attention of natural crowd rather than the fake attention of your friends of other bounty hunters.

I have seen many hunters who did this in Reddit campaign where they would get more stakes for the upvotes they get.  In the get, they get busted and blacklisted from the campaign.
