Now the market is not good. so projects are postponed. If ico is new in this market, it is not good.

Market is good enough for those project that actually has something to offer the crypto community, if project are only base on empty words and promises without any clear aim, they cannot survive in this present state of the market,
investors needs more than just a whitepaper to propel them to invest, there are too many elaborate project with little achievement.

Indeed, the state of market now is good for those who has a new or innovated projects. Experienced investors already know what project has a potential because of the product, if the project has an old and would just be similar to some then don't expect long term market price, expect a day dump instead.

 This is a new and quite bold idea. Actually, I still don't understand Elrond very well and it's quite complicated. In order to have a successful Elrond in the future, they need to have a large marketing cost and need to attract more people to join their community.

I have no idea with Elrond but it seemed to be shilled all over the altcoin discussions board.

But for the market, 2019 will show strength and I believe that new money would come in. Some institutions will flow the money in but I'm more optimistic on 2020.

if 2020 is the coin's heyday? why not this year even though this year I am sure this year the coin price will return good and many new coins that have characteristics that guarantee the coin will successfully compete in the crypto world if the 2020 coin triumph means,

There are so many projects call theirself as payment orang money transfer solution. But until now, I don't see any of them is exist and have a real applications. I don't know what's problem on developing that, what is the problem on building the real product and company.
