Some suggestions are good but the announcement in this forum or the signature campaigns did not seem "the easiest way."
Also, paying for people to participate in social media does not seem a good idea in my view.

Yeah. Is this really happening? I dont want to see something like this on my smartphone. An sms for an ICO? A sudden voice call from a stranger? Ain't that too much and too creepy?

Is that kind of technique really working?

I suggest staying on the internet. Social media and blogs. But it became easier now. They could just create a page and let the bounty hunters share it for the news to be spread.
Youtube though might be a great help for those who have a lot of subscribers.

I really agree with the foregoing list and I think we can promote cryptocurrencies outside those big name like google and yahoo ads.  Only in this forum alone we were able to bring some projects to light lime and if other forums and services are taking along I believe people that matter in relationships to cryptocurrencies investments will here about any projects and invest in it.
Marketing is the major integral of every projects and we should think many ways of promoting them.  Those traffic channels can be use to promote any projects to successful.
