Armory not accepting my root key from my paper backup!!

I'm trying to restore my wallet that I used to have as my primary because I forgot my passphrase and it kept giving me an "Error in Line #1" message even though I repeatedly put my paper back up rootkey into the two lines EXACTLY how they are listed. I deleted the wallet to see if that would help and now I'm getting the same message trying to import the same wallet and I have no idea what to do anymore. Please help if you can! Much appreciated!

Even though the other thread is in the wrong sub, there is no need to create a new one. You can simply move your old thread into the correct sub (bottom left corner -> move topic).
