Take note that your supposed customers here already have an account on which we don't know what's their TH level now. Meaning creating a new account and you will fund it with gems just to proved that you are legit is 100% non sense idea. You will hold your customers Gmail account here. The customers doesn't have an assurance that you will made a legit deal. You think a th10 or th11 account will just provide their account to you? Imagined the time and effort they put up here.
Want an effective way to prove you are legit?
Pick a trusted escrow and hand them some money every deal you will made.
TH7 / TH8 = $1,000+
TH 9 = $1,200+
TH 10 = $1,300+
TH 11 = $2,000+
Why the price is like that? That's the current market value of those accounts with an increase to be safe
(+ gmail) (disregarding applied effort and time) so in case of scam, at least there is an assurance that your customer will have something in return although it' still a loss. After a smooth deal, you will received your escrowed money.
Of couse I know you don't like the idea but that is the only way I see that someone will take the risks of buying gems from you.
