Professional teams that prepare ICO usually do not hide their data, on the contrary, often people go to the individual and trust them. Therefore, when choosing a project, see the technical documentation, but also plan to collect information about the developers. A quality team will not spoil its reputation.

if they hide their team members identity then you should doubt it. why would they hide? maybe because they hide something bad bad like their team members identity is all fake. even a scam ICOs show their fake team members identity.

the team will be deciding whether the ICO could walk well and not. When it is handled by the best people then great opportunities for the ICO could be successful. When they hide the identity of the team then can become a big question what is it about it? an indication of the scam there is certainly as many suspicions of it.

Actually the Team is one of the factors that investors must know. Why? Because the team on one of the projects affected the size of the believers to invest in their project. If they are behind the scenes, maybe it should be careful. Because investors certainly need to know whether this project is really run by good people or not.

It depends on what kind of investment you want to have. If you want a flip, maybe the team is not the most important thing. In contrast, if you want a long-term investment, analyzing the team is very important.

I have been involved with ICOs since a lot of days, I never saw an ICO project without team members. Scam ICO projects also use someone's profile to claim their team. I don't know where you found an ICO without the team members. Some ICO projects are not like to mention team's list in the official website, you can check their whitepaper, and if their whitepaper hs no team member listed, then avoid that scam ICO. It's easy.
