I want to buy your Bitcoin exchange.

It doesn't matter if it is running on Peatio (open source), a commercial license with some other entity (as long as it is transferrable to me) or perhaps your own homegrown implementation. It has to be running, testable and able to migrate to my data center. Don't care much if you don't have a user-base, of course this will factor into the price that you want, along with its history and all the rest of it.

Let's talk.

I can help you with your project as I'm a developer in crypto niche.
Actually I can do this for you:
- take above mentioned Peatio
- create a server for running this according to Peatio requirements (Linux, Ruby, Rails, Git, Redis, MySQL, RabbitMQ)
- install Peatio on your server
- customize design according to your need

If you are ok with it - beep me in PM!

I replied directly to your message. What is this written in? Upon what libraries is it based and what are its dependencies?

This seems like a conflict of interest, to me.

If someone were to sell you a bitcoin exchange, and that exchange has users (and therefor user balances!) on it, then quite likely, they've defrauded their customers.

Just because they chose to trust the former owners with their coin, doesn't mean that they would trust you.

And in what way could you guarantee the safety of the user balances?
For all we know, you buy the exchange, withdraw all the balances, and close up shop the next day.

It seems to me, if you really want a bitcoin exchange, you should start from the ground up, yourself, and build a product, and user trust simultaneously...
If you have a product, but haven't earned the trust, users would have to be gamblers at best, to keep their money there.

Had enough newbie/telegram exchanges to know these are pretty much a scam. No offense, I bet you're great but I am not interested.

So, still looking this side.

It's up to you that you are interested or not but we are not scammers. Without checking demo how you blame us that we are scammers. Not an issue if you are not interested. But I assure you if you check demo you can not refuse us. Thank you.
