 Smiley Shocked We can see that ICO market is growing up right now, despite all scams. But just few people turn to watch emerging markets like Latin America, Do you thing it’s a good market to invest in new ICOs??  Huh Huh

ICO's market is not growing right now, instead it is declining a lot because of the scams that happened with many ICOs and the FUD. My honest answer for this question should be No.
today we got a bad news from here https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-11-19/furious-traders-slam-crypto-exchange-for-fiddling-with-contracts
we are in bear market right now and with this news from bloomberg, not only we are in bear market. our sentiment is in bear too.
that means, the probability for us to get or any project to reach their desired goal is almost zero because people does not want to touch it at this moment.

let alone an ICO that was called Latin America, we got a ton of project from many countries before like Venezuela, African and others. but none of them were promising enough to counter this market

When the investments from the west dries up we should look towards emerging markets to sustain growth. Latin america looks like a good choice, with africa coming second.
