Not sure about that because i never saw any statement that related to the elrond already included on regulated ico. Elrond looks good because a lot of people are actively discussing the platform int he telegram group but another ico like Xaup is also a good ico too. but investors are still putting their attention to the IEO.

I haven't heard anything about elrond project but since its even ICO and not IEO it will be hard to gain investors mind now that many investors are turning to IEO projects but justake sure the project is capable to avoid time wasting

Well, if these coin is being over-hyped, then I think they are not doing a good job hyping the coin because I haven't heard about it or ever seen it anywhere in the internet before until now, I think you should be very careful about the project before you lose money to scammers which we are trying to avoid, please can you send us the link to the ANN thread of the platform so that we can check it out and see other users opinion about the project.

Please stop the shill with this ICO. It's always being asked here in the Altcoin Discussions and some of the sections of the forum. We had had enough with this topic and question.
