According to Guidelines for threads it is allow. See quote below:

Though I think it cant be trustworthy. And posting on other than child board of Gambling not allow according to forum rules.

Nevertheless to answer your question there is nothing unethical to market a ponzi if you DO STATE that it's a ponzi.

A ponzi is very similar to some kind of gambling. If you enter early enough you can get a pretty impressive jackpot. If you don't you lose it all.

Problem is that 99% of Ponzis try to market themselves as honorable business with solid backup. They'll say they're experts in financial transactions, that they're miners looking for funds to expand... Whatever.

But if you clearly say "hey come join us in this ponzi, it's still early you'll get tons of money out of it" then how is that different from advertising for a casino which says "hey come bet your money you can win really big". In both cases you risk money knowing the only certain winner is the bank

This seriously made me laugh  . You have no idea what you are talking about . This way I would rent my localbitcoins account for scams . I strongly condemn ponzi(s) . And I am sure any guy having common sense will not support it .

Ponzi can never be ethical. I personally don't like any ponzi. Today or tomorrow, they will scam and run out certainly. Therefore, it's unethical. If someone promotes ponzi, s/he will get red tagged by any one of the DT. Can't remember who often tag ponzi promoter, possibly it's marlboroza.
Although forum does allow ponzi, it's quite a matter of common sense same as the bitcointalk account buy/sell, allowed but discouraged.

I don't think it's endorsed on the forum. While it doesn't directly break any of the forum's rules, it might be taken as a serious case by the DT members. Marketing a ponzi is as good as scamming people by making them victims for it. He should tagged by the DT.

I disagree with this, they should be banned for ban evasion, if not for ban evasion then for plagiarism as pointed in thread linked by HCP, they have been reported to moderator and I suppose it is only matter of time when mod will act.
