I have to write a businessplan for a fictive cryptocompany.
The company offers a credtcard with your cryptocoins on so you can pay in shops with thecard.
Someone know what staff I need, what partners I need, what position the compny/'our bank has in the distribution channel / supply chain?
What the distribution channels are/ should have?
Firstly, you need Visa/Mastercard permit to issue crypto cards. I guess some cards are already issued, but I also saw some news that the policy will become more strict soon. Check out this small overview, perhaps it will be helpful:

So, you need some company issuing the cards, a company that makes crypto payments possible and a network or retailers that will accept crypto payments in their stores.
