I need a simple code done up with a colored background, I need something like what you see in the forum here under some posts, I have no problem paying a little amount for this to be done, if interested I will give you the URL and title I need and that''s it

PS... I had some people PM me and I am not sure they know what I mean so here is a image, I need something like below done with simple text and url in the code
