I don't really know why, but a lot of persons are not really interested in real estate coins, I personally have invested in about  2 real estate coin and they all turned out not to be good investment because the investment turn out was very low, I don't really know what we could do in order to create awareness in the real estate world, but I have a feeling that the real estate world would be one of the part that could drive the price of bitcoin and crypto up.

The technical part is almost ready. But we will wait till July 2019 before to go public.
In fact, we are extremely concerned by the safety and the legal environment of our Assetum Exchange.
And we are now analyzing all possible countries of location to register it.

In Europe we need official licenses from EU regulators (FVR000169 and FRK000141), and each country has its own regulation and legislation...
So we are investigating with specialized lawyers what is the best choice for Assetum.

We want to be able to 100% guaranty the funds in FIAT of our users and clients. So we must have a KYC policy and bank partner that is clean and secure.

There is a few problems at the moment for Real Estate Coins to go mainstream.
-They are accessible through more than 40 different crypto exchanges. And it is very complex for a trader to open 40 different accounts
-The exchanges on which the real estate coins are registered are not trust-able, without licenses and not transparent.
-The coins and tokens in real estate are in a very early of development
-Only few projects are really tokenizing real estate assets.

But this market is moving in 2019 and the market cap of this type of coins has already double since start of 2019.
Lot of new entrants are bringing more solid concept and investors are following this trend.
