Not sure about that, as far as i know, that 5G still can't be used in the large range of area and if it can but that needs a lot of resources dude. I don't think this can be an opportunity to the decentralization.
4g is enough for that. Have you understood the principle of 5g?

Latest qualcom snapdragon chipset already support the 5G network but usability is under question for obvious reasons. If i remember correctly only China and England agreed to give legal lisence for using this hertz of network. I am sure this one will be game changer.
