In my home country a couple of days ago, a young man in his early 20s committed suicide by  jumping off a bridge and into the water. I know that this is a very tough time for folks out there- Covid, increasing food prices, insecurity, fear, worry and anxiety, increasing unemployment rate and lots more. However, I want humbly appeal to you that no matter what you're going through presently, there's HOPE. There's a FUTURE for you. It might not seem like it but if you hold on long enough, you'd know that this is the truth and nothing but the truth. My heart breaks whenever I see videos or read the news of a young chap with so much potential who commits suicide.

So if you're reading this and you're going through depression or having suicidal thoughts, I want you to know that we need you here, the world needs you. We need your talents, your ideas, your creativity. Nobody can do it better than you. We need you and you do make a difference-  in your immediate family members, in your community and the world at large. So here's my Christmas wish. I wish that you talk to someone about what you're going through. I wish that you actually seek help from the right people. I wish that stay here, in this world with us. We need YOU. I need YOU.

It's nice to see your wish it's really kind. We have had a Christmas filled with many uncertainties about the future as pandemics, inflation, crises and rising waves of illegal border crossings increase. Anyway, wishing all of us here a peaceful and happy Christmas with our families.
