Hi guys! I live in Spain, in a fantastic touristic area of Marina Alta (mountains&sea 100km south to Valencia). And I am planning to make a hotel here, based around the high-tech community (with a co-working zone, zone for events and talks, available crypto-payments, stable wi-fi, nanny and play-zone for kids, etc.)
But! The product itself isn't anyhow connected to the high-tech sphere, and I doubt how will the coins actually grow then.
Can you recommend me something? Maybe there's some conversation concerning such projects, but i didn't find it here yet.
As I think, at the moment we buy the plot of land (probably we will afford it by ownself), the project will already rise as a potential business, and while collecting investments for building and services, and making the building grow, the coin might also grow higher. But still - does it worth making all the docs, or it will be easier to go to classic fiat investors with this idea?

Thanks all!  Grin

I think it's better with the classic way either with fiat or cryptocurrency unless it's a hotel chain project. Dang. I feel the classical way with cryptocurrency is the best. Have no reason though. Cheesy

I think I understand what you mean with classic way. It's getting interested partners, receive investment and give them out share holdings Please coreect me if I'm wrong. What I mean is to receive the investment with cryptocurrency as the project is not quite big enough to start as an ICO. If the project is about hotel chains, I think there're already ICOs about that if I'm not wrong. It's just my opinion.Smiley

Yes sure, you're right! I heard about only one ICO concerning this, and as I understood, they didn't even started it yet..
