Already one of your images you are relying on as proof is not available / not valid.
We've had this discussion previously about how I suggest you need to tag these users yourself and then you say you want someone on the DT to do your work for you, so I won't bother mentioning that.
No doubt someone else will suggest you post this in the
Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk III thread where it has more chance of being seen.
1- All pictures are still here, maybe you have some problems with the loading on your connection/dns.

I already tagged those users as you can see on their trust, or on the picture below on 29th December 2018 but since my feedbacks are 99% black for the all forum a DT tag will be red for 99% of the forum and more visible (because they are high rank, they will abuse for more if none will paint them with a general red tag).
3- I've reported hundreds of abusers on the past months, and a single thread for "big accounts" is more effective based on my experience.
