Yes, someone had said the good answer to you to use Skrill. Skrill allows buying selling Bitcoin even Neteller. If you like to use another option then you can use Perfectmoney to Buy and Sell Bitcoin.

My partner used Skrill, too.  Said it was easy to use and the transaction fees are really lower compared to some.  It only happened once that there was a delay in the transfer but so far, so good.

Skrill will be a good option. The problem is that in my country skrill accounts dont accept deposit with paysafe card...i will check perfect money to see...thank for the replies
