Libraries adjusted for upcoming Governance update, the pull request can be seen here:

The development team will go over the PR to check for any last hiccups or potential problems, and then it'll be merged into the master repo - when that happens, everyone will OPTIONALLY have to update.

Cognitio Governance is ready for implementation!
Our Governance development team finished all changes needed to implement governance in the Cognitio blockchain, the next steps require us to make sure all the different governance modules can speak to each other, which is a relatively long process, and then at last a full network upgrade can occur.
