The scope of work, presumably:

2) Development of its own hybrid blockchain with the deployment of public and private networks.
3) Development of crypto project coins, mining pools, universal multi-wallet, explorer, etc.
4) Development of protocols for electronic document circulation, fixation and protection of copyright and data identification.
5) Deploying servers around the world, developing software using Blockchain technology.
6) Development of a new video content transfer protocol by splitting a file into many different blocks. With the distribution of blocks at different points of storage (protection against piracy). Development of software for viewing these files on different devices.
7) Development of a new consensus algorithm POT, (proof of traffic). This algorithm is supposed to be used for streaming service for providing video on demand. Using this algorithm, the miner makes money by providing traffic for the service and transferring video content files to the viewer.
