I don't know what you're aiming in here but providing the link in your post can help investors especially newbie investors to stay away from the 14 new scam cryptocurrency website that will result in loss of money if he/she doesn't have any idea that the 14 new cryptocurrency websites are actually scam or ponzi scheme.

I think more people could know about the scam company/person if you post it on scam accusation section. Anyway, it will be helpful for beginners too.

Exposing scam is highly encouraged,as it'll act as a deterrent to other members and to not just the newbies,to stay away from such scam platforms
I think the thread should be moved to scam accusations IMO, I think it's most suitable there

The ICOs are main and smart way to scam crypto people. There are several types of scams. The first one is the team will run away end of the ICO. No exchange listing and no project updates. Another important one is most ICO owners collecting a large number of funds and listing their coins or tokens in small exchanges. It's not like a scam but it's totally cheating and investors not getting a good return on investment. Then investors need to make good own research before making any investment.

You should move your topic to the scam accusation section, it definitly belongs there.
In my opinion a very welcome step that authorities are starting to care about ICO scams, it may deter some of the scamers out there.

Much detail is not provided as to the nature of the scam, but this would serve as a red flag to investors to carry out effective research on this projects and also aid them on what to look out for in other projects not listed.

This would be helpful for traders in general, not just newbies. Everyone is exposed to possible scams.

The truth still remains that scams are unmoderated, but a member can take it upon him/herself to fish out scammers and post it for all other users to see.
And if it's proven beyond reasonable doubts that such projects/managers are scam/scammers then the forum can step in and take due action, either banning their ad here or red tagging the bounty manager

I would say they ONLY added 14 from probably hundreds out there.
New markets are like wild west sadly, people get hurt and shady people all over. It will change in time.

The list does not consist only of 14 sites, but rather 113 (see https://www.fsma.be/en/warnings/companies-operating-unlawfully-in-belgium?field_type_of_fraude_tid_i18n=10595&submit=Apply). The 14 listed websites are recent adds to the general list of crypto fraud-like companies operating in Belgium. The sites are not ICOs themselves, but rather trading platforms, where in general they claim to manage your investment portafolio for you with very lucrative returns, and a guarantee (that is later unfulfilled) of being able to retrieve your investment at any time.

They list is obviously not exhaustive, and being these “invertor” companies global, the listed cases seem to be only those that are actually reported by Belgian residents (after all, the FSMA has the task of supervising the Belgian financial sector).
