Antminer Firmware help

hello ..anyone knows a way to firmware update after bitmain has on latest firmware the Secure firmware

when i am going to flash always got msg  signature missing

What exactly your miner unit model? is it an antminer s9, s9i, s9j or other Antminer model?
You must provide more info about the miner like the unit model, kernel logs or screenshot of the status board of the miner so that we can easily find if why you always get "signature missing"

It seems you are trying to flash with a wrong or incompatible firmware? You must flash the miner with a correct firmware in order to flash the miner successfully or maybe you flashed the miner with moded firmware from an untrusted source?

If I'm right the only thing comes to my mind that may fix this kind of issue is to flash the control board with SD card you can follow the unbricking method from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2386296.0

First of all , i do not see a reason to find an alterntavie firmware for L3 , i personally think the original one performs just great.

lastly and most importantly is that you need to release that most of these custom firmware come with devfees, some are announced and many are hidden.

I have no tried any different L3 firmware, but i am pretty sure there is not much of addition that can be done on L3 anymore, plus the profit in the L3 now is very low and it can't take any devfee.

if you have a certain problem with the current firmware please post it and i will be happy to help you out.

What is this "secured" firmware you refer to? If bitmain has tried to secure their firmware, I'm positive I can bypass it.

i need to put the blizz firmware cause  you can do better OC per board  .you can low the watts even the fans to auto silent

@jason  ..on .tar file that you download from bitmain now have some .sig files .. when you are going to update the firmware  you got error that signature files missing

ok i mage to do the edit ...i removed the secure code ..as guide says .....i press :wq   after i vi the file....everything looks ok ...when i restart the asic . file is restored again
any idea?

Ahhh.. yeah, that'd be very very easy to bypass then.

They aren't very good with their OS work.
